Excellent customer service
I ordered 4 hi-ball embossed tumblers. Unfortunately, 1 was chipped and seriously cracked.
After emailing the company with the issue they immediately sent a replacements out to me.
The glasses are exactly what we were looking for, as they can be used for hot or cold drinks, and they are a really nice design.

I loved the handbag vase and it makes a great present. Just one comment - there was a splinter of loose glass in the base of the vase on receipt . It did not seem to have come from my vase but perhaps had come from the factory. Also the box it was delivered in was very crushed.

I felt like these glasses were reasonably priced , quick delivery and are very nice quality. The only thing that could improve is having an indication on the glasses or even the packaging they come in wether they are dishwasher safe or not . Which I have no idea if they are .
